Come and experience the thrill of diving.
Open to anyone with an interest in finding out what diving is about.
After a chat about the sport of diving, you’ll to complete a simple medical form and be introduced to the equipment you will be using and learn about how it all works.
Then an experienced diver will take you into the pool and gently guide you through the use of the equipment in the water. By the end of the session we hope that you will be swimming along the bottom of the deep end, watching other club members as they practice their own diving skills.
At the end of the session we will talk about whether you would like to learn how to dive and chat to you about how we can make it possible although there is absolutely no pressure to join the club. Afterwards you may wish to continue the conversation over a pint in the pub.
Cost is £25 which includes all equipment hire & training.
